JLZB Comfort Kings LLC d/b/a Comfort Kings HVAC Supply collects information you submit to evaluate dealer applications, review territory availability, connect buyers with dealers, support onboarding, and manage orders.

Information we collect

This may include your name, business contact information, phone number, email address, location, experience, project needs, application details, order information, communication preferences, self-reported DISC profile information, dealer-performance observations, and records of your consent.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, operate the dealer program, route local leads, provide requested communications, maintain records, prevent misuse, and comply with applicable law.

Personality and dealer-performance information

Approved candidates may choose to submit their Crystal DISC profile type, available trait percentages, a result link, and comments. Authorized Comfort Kings operators may later record motivation and productivity check-ins for coaching and program analysis. This information supports human review and does not automatically approve or reject an applicant. We do not sell DISC or dealer-performance information.

Mobile information

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and messaging consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only to operate requested communications.

Messaging choices

Text-message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not prevent necessary non-SMS communications about an existing application, agreement, or order.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
