These terms govern optional text messages from JLZB Comfort Kings LLC d/b/a Comfort Kings HVAC Supply concerning dealer applications, territory review, disclosures, onboarding, local dealer connections, and order-status updates.

Consent and message frequency

By checking an SMS consent box and submitting the related form, you agree to receive transactional text messages at the number provided. Message frequency varies with your application, request, or order. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase or program approval.

Costs, opt-out, and help

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel future texts. Reply HELP for help, email onboarding@comfortkings.us, or call 870-378-6004. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS consent data for third-party marketing. Read the complete Privacy Policy.

Program status

Submitting a form does not guarantee dealer approval, territory availability, equipment availability, installation, earnings, or business success. Comfort Kings dealers are independent businesses and are not franchisees.

Reservation payments

The approved-candidate reservation amount is $299. Payment does not guarantee final dealer approval. The reservation agreement and NDA signature step follows payment confirmation in the secure onboarding workflow.
